Villa Palma consists of 9 one-bedroom apartments located first row to the sea in a quiet place. Each apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa bed. All units are air conditioned and equipped with Wifi. The center with restaurants and cafes is a 5-7 minute walk.

Payment and terms
When booking, it is necessary to pay 30% in advance of the full amount of the accommodation price. The rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Check-In is at 14:00, Check-Out is until 10:00.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
The refund of the advance payment is made if the person cancels his accommodation 90 days before the date of arrival. In case of closing the borders due to coronavirus, an advance payment is also made.

Great choice

Helpful and pleasant host and all praise for the position location and amazing equipment of the apartment. The presentation on the Internet insufficiently describes all the advantages of the palm tree villa. Praise Probably one of the best apartments offered at extremely low prices.

07/24/2021 stay - great apartment, beach, everything you need and the most important great owner, very helpful in any situation, available at any time. Holidays here are a great pleasure - recommendable and it is worth coming back here.
