The apartment is 80 m2 in size, sleeps 4-5 people, is type A4+1 and has 3 star rating. It consists of a main bedroom with a large double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds ( can be joined together),main bathroom and open plan kitchen/living area with a balcony overlooking back garden. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning, central heating, flat screen TV ( Croatian and free to air satellite channels), oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Designated parking space is available directly in front of the building. Sports centre Stella Maris is situated only few hundred meters away, where the oldest ATP tournament in Croatia – Croatia Open Umag is held every summer. Punta boasts many sports facilities, hotels, swimming pools and a marina.

The apartment can be entered after 2pm on the arrival date. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment until 10am on departure date. If the booking is made for less than 4 days, the price is increased by 20%. If the booking is for more than 15 days, the price is 10% less.
