Have fun with the whole family at this elegant place. Everything still smells like new! Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with living room and terrace. Ideal place for up to 5 people! The apartment is located on the ground floor of the weekend house, it is completely newly equipped, with all the necessary amenities and access to the terrace. We are located in Lučica X, 450m (5 min.) walk to the beach and 500m (5 min.) to the center of the island. The supermarket is 100m away. When you arrive, expect a warm welcome and a cold drink!

Payment and terms
Reservations are made by payment to the account. 50% is paid in advance, and the rest is paid upon arrival. We will issue a booking confirmation voucher for your reservation. Check-in every day from 14:00 to 23:00. Check-out on the last day is until 10:00 a.m. In this way, we ensure enough time to clean the apartment, and the other guests can check in properly. Non-compliance with the time of leaving the apartment charges the full amount of an additional day.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation and refund if the reservation is canceled 10 days before your arrival. If the reservation is canceled within 10 days before your arrival, there is no refund. If you don't show up, there are no refunds.
