Have fun with the whole family at this elegant place. Everything still smells like new! Hygiene and cleanliness are our top priority! Two bedrooms (2+2+1), bathroom, kitchen with living room and terrace. Ideal place for up to 5 people! Parking is provided for you. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the cottage, it is completely newly furnished, with all the necessary amenities and access to the terrace. We are located in Lučica X, 450m (5-6 min.) walk to the beach and 450m (5-6 min.) to the center of the island. The supermarket is 100m away, the pharmacy is 3 minutes away. walk, restaurants 5-7 min. walks. If you are skeptical, check our ratings on Booking and Airbnb, all ratings and reviews from our guests are 10 out of 10. Our guests are our best recommendation. We will recommend places, beaches and restaurants to visit. Payment and terms
Important: these are strict rules for early bookings. As the season progresses, the rules will go from strict to flexible. However, if you book earlier, it will be easier to choose the best dates. Reservations are made by payment to the account, advance payment is 20%. Registration every day from 14:00 to 24:00. Check-out on the last day is until 10:00 a.m. In this way, we ensure enough time to clean the apartment, and the other guests can check in properly. If you do not respect the time of leaving the apartment, the full amount of the additional day will be charged.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy
Important! These rules are strict and will be flexible as the season progresses. You can wait for flexible policies, but rest assured that if you miss the desired dates, someone will book them. Advance payment for reservation is 20%. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival. The guest can cancel for free up to 60 days before arrival and we will refund your money. The guest will pay the total amount in case of cancellation within 60 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, the total amount will be charged. We will issue a voucher for your reservation and send it to your email.
