It consists of 2 bedrooms (double bed and two separate beds that can be joined into a double), kitchen, dining room, living room with huge TV, toilet/shower, loggia. The nearest beaches are a 10-minute walk away, the shop is 5 minutes away, and the center is 3 km away, where there are cafes, clubs, restaurants and larger shops. The street to the yard is not busy and is great for children, of whom there can be quite a few in the street. Parking is in the yard.
