Booking and payment terms When booking, the guest must pay a 30% deposit to secure their reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival to the account. Cancellation terms If the guest cancels 30 or more days before arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded. If the guest cancels from 15 to 29 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If the guest cancels less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid. These terms ensure that you have at least partial protection against cancellation, and give guests enough flexibility. You can adapt them to your needs.
