We rent three identical larger air-conditioned apartments for 4 people, and one smaller apartment for two people. One larger one is on the ground floor on the left, and two on the first floor. The smaller one is on the ground floor on the right. Larger apartments have two bedrooms and a living room, while smaller apartments have one bedroom and a living room. Each apartment has a separate entrance and a terrace of 12 square meters. In the apartments, you get all bed linen and dishes for cooking and serving food and drinks. Guests are asked to bring their own means for washing and wiping dishes, as well as towels for the bathroom and everything for personal hygiene. The nearest beach (Žitna uvala) is 100 m away. Outside on the beach there is gravel, and in the water there is sand. It is suitable for children. There is a long promenade and bicycle path along the beach. There are several restaurants, ice cream, and a bakery on the beach. Within a radius of 150-250 meters there is a fruit shop, several grocery stores, and shops with beach equipment. Our street is not busy. It is used only by its tenants and guests. It is paved and has public lighting.
