There are three apartments in the house. Two have two bedrooms each, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large covered terrace. Each room has a double bed, and the second room has two separate beds. In the third apartment there is one bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, bathroom and also a large covered terrace. All rooms have bed linen. The kitchens have dishes for cooking and serving food, as well as a microwave oven and a kettle. Each apartment has air conditioning, which is INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. All apartments have a separate entrance. There is a parking lot within the house, which is available for all guests. A grill can also be used. ŽITNA UVALA beach is 80m away. The beach is pebble, and the sea has sand. Next to the beach there is a promenade and bike path, as well as several cafes, restaurants, pastry shops and bakeries. There are several shops within 100m. The center of Vira is 1800m away.

When the guest reserves the apartment, he/she needs to pay an advance payment of 20% of the total amount, and the rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment. The price includes the residence tax. Entry to the apartment is at 12:00, and check-out is at 9:00. In season (7th and 8th month) the minimum reservation is 7 days, and in pre-season (6th month) and post-season (9th month) 3 days. Guests should bring towels, tea towels and personal hygiene with them.
