The apartment was superficially cleaned, cobwebs everywhere, dishes poorly washed. The extra bed was a disaster, old and uncomfortable. It was a real torture to sleep on it for ten days. After two hours of working at 17, the air conditioner lowered the temperature from 30 degrees to barely 28, and that was only in the kitchenette. It failed to cool the room. It obviously hadn't been cleaned for a long time, and it probably lacked gas. The small plastic trash can was cracked and glued, as was the kettle that kept leaking because the weight broke, so it was just glued with something, the parasol on the terrace was also torn and patched with something, but it lifted when the blower blew. The door handle was loose, it was left in our hand. We check things like that after every guest. We weren't expecting any great luxury, but for 95 euros a day we expected it to be clean, to have a comfortable bed and working air conditioning, at least two towels per person in ten days (which we only got when we asked for them) and after a week clean sheets and pillowcases, which we didn't get.
