Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:30 AM. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance so that we can welcome you and prepare everything for a pleasant start to your vacation. Children of all ages are welcome. The property is primarily intended for a quiet family vacation, so please respect the house rules, neighbors, and peace during the evening and night hours. Pets are not allowed. If you have a special request regarding accommodation, bed arrangement, arrival, or stay with children, please state it when sending your inquiry so that we can check the possibilities before booking. Please use the apartment and equipment carefully and report any problems or defects as soon as you notice them so that we can resolve them as soon as possible. To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment according to the previous agreement. The guest receives the exact amount of the advance payment, the method of payment and the payment deadline before the final confirmation of the reservation. If the guest has to cancel the reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. In case of timely cancellation, we will try, when possible, to find a solution in agreement with the guest, for example changing the appointment or another available appointment. In case of late cancellation, non-arrival or unilateral termination of the stay, the advance payment is not returned as a rule. If, due to extraordinary circumstances, it is agreed otherwise, the conditions are confirmed individually. For longer stays and bookings outside the main season, it is possible to agree on customized conditions. We believe that clear communication and timely notification are the best way to try to find a solution acceptable to both parties in the event of a change of plans.
