The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival at the property. Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. The ideal time of arrival is in the afternoon. Guests are kindly requested to inform us in advance of the exact time of arrival in order to facilitate the organization of the welcome. In agreement with the host, earlier or later arrival is possible, depending on the availability of the accommodation unit.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before arrival, the advance payment is returned in full. In case of cancellation of the reservation 30 days or less before arrival, the advance payment is not returned. In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
