I. General rules • accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the renter/owner of the apartment • services for the entire contracted period are charged upon arrival and for the same immediately issues an invoice • the guest hands over the identity card (or passport) to the host immediately upon arrival, in order to register with the Tourist Office, i.e. for the purpose of entering data into the eVisitor II system. Security • guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartments and the owner is not responsible for any damage or loss thereof • guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings, and in the event of an accident they bear the consequences • the lessor/owner of the apartment will not enter the apartment unless the guest asks him to do so (in the continuation of paragraph IV.) III. Behavior • persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation are not allowed to stay overnight or for the whole day • destroying equipment and furniture, causing disorder, disturbing other guests, and making a lot of noise is prohibited • during the use of the apartment, you are obliged to maintain order and cleanliness of the apartment yourself • the introduction of animals is allowed is only with the consent of the renter/owner of the apartment • if there is a loss or damage to the installations, furniture, eq
