Payment and terms

When arranging and reserving the apartment, we take an advance in the amount of 30% of the total amount. After the money is visible in our account, we confirm your reservation. The rest of the amount is paid when picking up the keys in cash or on a giro account, the tourist tax is included in the price of the stay. The ideal time of arrival is after 2:00 p.m., departure time is until 10:00 a.m. If there is any damage in the apartment, please report it. Before leaving the apartment, we will inspect it to see if there is any damage. If there is any damage, we will issue an invoice for it
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

100% refund of the advance payment if you cancel 60 or more days before the booked arrival. Refund of advance payment in the amount of 50% if you cancel 30-60 days before the booked arrival. Cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before the booked arrival does not return the advance payment, the advance payment can be kept and used for another appointment by agreement.
