The floor is connected to the ground floor by external stairs. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, a balcony, a small toilet with a shower and an enclosed hallway. The first room is equipped with antique furniture from the family heritage combined with modern new pieces. The second room is equipped with simple modern white furniture.
