On the terrace there are two deckchairs, a brick grill, and a concrete table for sitting or dining, with a view of the blue sea that you can enjoy all day. Part of the terrace above the table and brick grill is covered, providing shade all day long. The house is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi unlimited internet, LCD SAT TV, stove with gas and electric cookers, fridge with freezer, and everything else needed for cooking/baking and serving. Private parking is located 250m from the house, to which a concrete footpath leads along the coast.
