Luxury brand new apartment in a unique location. Set in an elegant, quiet and safe neighborhoods near the sea and the city center (5 min walk). The apartment has a private garage. Nearby there are all necessary facilities: restaurants, bars, post office, banks, beauty salons, city beach, gas cepka, market, fish market, the port, the city's sights, taxi etc ... The apartment is novopremljen the highest standards (95 m2) consists of three rooms and each has a LCD. Master bedroom has a private bathroom. The second bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer for the goods. The living room and dining room are sunny with glass walls that lead to the balcony and equipped with all necessary things: lcd, internet, intercom, dishwasher, hood, oven and cutlery. Balcony has a nice terrace ideal for morning breakfast and relaxing. The airport is 12 km away from the apartments and there is a possibility of the organization of transport and also offer help in organizing the trip.

Great and cozy apartment with great views in a beautiful location to relax. Very friendly manager who is a help and advice in all matters aside. The "little" things that are needed for everyday life, are all there - especially in the kitchen, as well as towels and sheets. The apartments are just as great as described and can also be seen in the pictures. The beach is really nice and just 5 minutes' walk. All in all it was a perfect holiday. Many thanks for everything! We'll be back definitely ;-)

This year, the first time we were in Sukošan and we had the privilege to stay in a beautiful apartment, ideal for children, parents .... just wonderful !!!! The perfect holiday - beautiful apartment, a beautiful beach which is close ... and I sincerely hope that we will have to spend the holidays right there !!! Great resort, the hosts very very nice! We had a great time. With children highly recommended, the sea is not far by walk 5 min. to get to the beach djeciji raj for children and adults a dream. We will come back !!

We have spent our vacation this summer for the first time in Croatia (July / August). The holiday Agape Apartment was gorgeous. The place Sukosan is quiet and serene, yet offers everything you need: good restaurants, small market stalls selling fresh fruit and vegetables, several bakeries and Eisdiesen and two supermarkets (larger ones are not far from Zadar). The apartment looks just like the photos and we enjoyed our coffee every morning (from the coffee machines) on the terrace overlooking the sea and gardens. The beach was in absolute walking distance (5 min max.) And had everything you need as a family with two children: Sandy reason in the sea, clear water with slip messengers and some cozy beach bars. Alternatively, there are wonderful lonely lands near the sea, where you can be all to yourself (both within walking distance). All beautiful places to visit are easily reached by car: Plitvice, Paklenicaschlucht, Krka waterfalls, Kornati National Park and numerous wonderful cities such as Zadar, Primosten, Sibenik, etc. Our kids (9 and 12 years old) the diversity enjoyed and all excursions enthusiastically participated. Since Zadar is very close, we spent several evenings at the Sea Organ and the children were able to once again jump into the water - gorgeous. Luka is a very attentive owner: we were greeted with homemade olive oil and dried figs. He was always approachable for us and very, very helpful. A better site support you really can not wish for - many thanks. We will recommend this destination to many friends! Roth family I highly recommend this apartment every family with children would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday in Croatia.

We, 2 adults, 2 children, were in the end of August 2014 here in the apartment on the ground floor. It is a wholesale spacious, clean apartment - everything as described. Luka, the owner was there when you needed him and took care of our needs. The parking is a little tight designed, but generally in this small town is so. Conclusion: Recommended.
We stayed in apartment for 1 week in July, and I can highly recommend this place. We had absolutely no complaints about the place, it was simply perfect. The apartment had everything, It was very nice, clean, beds were comfortable, full cooking and laundry facilities. The owner was very nice, helpful and friendly, in case of any need, he was always on the phone ready to help with anything. Apartment location was very good, quiet area, just about 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the center. We really enjoyed staying in this place, Thank you once again Luka :).
