It consists of a bedroom with a bed for two people, a living room-kitchen, a balcony, a toilet-bathroom and a gallery with an additional bed for two people. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioner and TV. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, not in the apartment for non-smoking guests. Parking is free in front of the building. Next to the beach there is a coffee bar, a supermarket, a bakery, a pastry shop and a bus station. Restaurants and a pizzeria are 500 meters away.

An advance payment of 20% is paid at the time of booking, and the rest on the day of entering the apartment or as agreed. The time of entering the apartment is from 2:00 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed), and the time of leaving the apartment is until 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax is included in the price. All fees are included in the stated price. The minimum apartment reservation is five nights in season and three nights in pre-season.
