Welcome to Apartment Rustica with private pool! In a beautiful environment, with the sound of the sea organ and the smell of the sea, experience the Zadar summer!!! Enjoy sightseeing in the city, beaches and festivals, and then rest in the peaceful surroundings of our apartment for a new tomorrow! In a comfortable accommodation in an air-conditioned comfortable apartment (70m2) with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study, a living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a terrace, and with a separate entrance and 1 parking space, relax and enjoy! Parking secured! Pool just for you! Rustica is located about 15 minutes' walk from the city center of the Old Town, as well as the sea beach and the bus station. There are shops, a bakery and a pizzeria near us, and all the big supermarkets are a few minutes away (close to everything, yet far!) There are as many as 5 national parks in the Zadar area: Paklenica, Kornati, Plitvička jezera, Krka Waterfalls and Northern Velebit. The Zadar region is one of the most interesting destinations for any sea and underwater lover.

The ideal time of arrival would be from 16:00 to 20:00, and departure from 08:00 to 10:00 in the morning! The advance payment is 40%, (then the reservation is also activated), and the rest of the payment is in cash when entering the apartment. The deposit in case of damage is €500 per reservation. It is paid when entering the house, and it is returned after the inspection of the house - when leaving the house.
Residential tax is included in price.Cancellation policy In case of cancellation of a confirmed accommodation reservation, the following costs will be charged: 1. The advance payment is non-refundable. Advance payment is compensation for damages to the accommodation owner 2. For cancellation, 40% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. 3. The amount for canceling the reservation is equal to the amount charged for confirming the reservation. 4. We transfer your advance payment (if you wish) to the next year, the owner of the accommodation will issue you a credit voucher for the next year in the amount of your payment. The traveler is obliged to use the specified voucher within 18 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the originally booked accommodation. In the event that the originally booked accommodation is not available at the desired date, the traveler will choose another date from the accommodation calendar when the accommodation is open from 1.1.-31.12, according to the terms and price list for the calendar year. The hosts are very nice people, very welcoming and helpful. They are ready to help with anything you need. We were allowed to come with the dog (labrador) which was very well received and pampered. :) Also, they sure did and look where we must beach with the dog and places for walking. As for accommodation, newly decorated, neat and clean. All in all, we have nothing but praise.
