It is approximately 25 minutes away from the town centre in walking distance ( some 800 m), and in only 10 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beaches of the town of Zadar, called Uskok where you can enjoy the abundance of sun and a crystal-blue sea. The beach is equipped with deck chairs. In front of the apartment there is a bus station for public bus to take the guests to the centre of the town if they decide not to walk.
