The apartments are located in a family home in a quiet residential area of Zadar called Puntamika and Borik. The house is surrounded by a large sidewalk where my guests can park free of charge. Parking is also available within the courtyard. All my guests are welcome to sit and enjoy my garden, which is next to my grandchildren also my greatest pride!
Both apartments are furnished really clean and tidy. You have everything you need. I was already 2 times there and have seen both apartments. The owner Davorka is courteous and friendly and drove us to visit the city of Zadar and also all attractions, such as shops and restaurants. In 5 minutes walk you reach the sea, in 10 minutes the beach. The old town is a little longer, which is not bad but, because you go to pass by many cafes and restaurants. The location is peaceful and there is not so much traffic. Through out the day you can sit in a shady spot in the garden or on the balcony. There is a parking next to the house. We can visit this place every year.

The apartment is big, comfortable and with everything you need. You dont need to bring anything, and in addition it is possible to wash your clothes. There is parkingspace just outside this apartment. The owner, and her family, is VERY nice, friendly and helpful. If you visit Zadar or around, you should definitely choose this apartment.
