Right next to the sea and beach there are two apartments in a family beach front house located in Puntamika, Zadar borough. Puntamika is a part of Zadar that is ideal for a quiet and relaxed vacation since it is located in a peaceful area of town, right next to the sea and beach. Each apartment has square area of 30 sq. meters plus 5 sq. meters of terrace. Both apartments are located on the first floor of the house and they have a magnificent view of Zadar centre, Poluotok, the sea and island of Ugljan. There is a promenade right next to the beach where all other facilities are located: shop, restaurant, bars, pharmacy, bank and bus station. Parking lot has a fence and it is located in front of the house. Each apartment accommodates two people. Pets are not allowed.
