The apartment is equipped with a large living and dining room (38 m²) that includes satellite TV, air conditioning and access to a terrace with sea views. Two comfortable bedrooms offer flexible accommodation - one with a double bed, the other with one single and one double bed and a private shower/WC. Both have air conditioning and access to a terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and coffee machine. An additional shower/WC and a washing machine are at guests' disposal. Three south-facing terraces, equipped with furniture, offer sea views and are perfect places to relax. Guests have access to a large fenced garden with lawn, a children's playground with swings and parking on the property.

Guests will receive key collection information prior to arrival. Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is until 10 AM. A 30% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, 30% of the deposit is retained. For cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be retained to cover late cancellation costs.
