The apartment is located on the first floor, has one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a corner sofa with an additional bed. Each room has a flat screen TV and wireless internet as well as air conditioning. There is a balcony with a sea view around the entire apartment. Parking is provided next to the building. Smoking is prohibited in the building, while smoking is allowed on the balcony.

This was our second stay at this apartment, and the fact that we returned speaks volumes about how satisfied we were the first time. This year, that impression was only further confirmed. The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean and really equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. It is located in a quiet and pleasant place, ideal for a vacation, and communication with the owner was fast, simple and very friendly the whole time. We felt comfortable from the first to the last day and would definitely choose the same accommodation again when we return to Zadar. A sincere recommendation to anyone looking for a quiet, tidy and reliable apartment.

Perfect stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and exactly as it appeared in the photos—perhaps even more beautiful in real life! The location is fantastic—everything is close: beaches, shops, restaurants, yet the accommodation is in a quiet area, guaranteeing a restful sleep. The secure parking is particularly noteworthy—a huge plus, especially during peak season. The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach—check-in and check-out were completely seamless.
