Recently, my family and I vacationed in Ana's apartments from 19.08 to 31.08. The apartments are excellent, very clean and bright. Everything you need for family life is there. There are dishes, a stove, an oven, you can cook fresh food, there is also a grill. There is air conditioning, a washing machine, which is very convenient if you are with children. There is also a place for a car. As for the owners of the apartments, everything is wonderful here. Ana and her husband are very wonderful people, kind, bright, very welcoming people who live on the second floor in this house where the apartments are, that is, every day you will be greeted with a smile. I really dreamed of visiting Croatia, and I am glad that I got to Ana. I am very grateful to them, I felt at home. Regarding the beach, 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot in the fresh air. The air on the beach is amazing, it smells of the sea, and at the same time pine, just amazing. The distance to the city center is about the same. The old center of Zadar is just an amazing place, where you can feel the antiquity, just an incredibly beautiful part of the city. My children were delighted with the architecture. I recommend these apartments and decent landlords

We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment from August 1st to August 9th, 2025. We truly felt at home here. All the appliances were new and working: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, hob, oven, refrigerator, and high-speed internet, ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. There are plenty of shops nearby, and the bus station is a 15-minute walk away. Ana is an incredibly friendly person. She even treated us to delicious pancakes. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

This apartment is perfect for a trip to Zadar; it has everything you need, from a bakery to a fast food restaurant. The hosts are really friendly; they made us feel very welcome and even brought us pancakes; we would like to thank them again for that. The sea isn't far away on foot; it's about a 10-minute walk down the beach, where you can jump from the popular 10m board; you can also go jet skiing and kayaking. I can highly recommend this apartment; it's perfect for 4 people; if we ever make another trip to Zadar, we will definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything; we were very happy.

I would like to share my extremely positive opinion about the rented apartment. From the moment I crossed the threshold, I was delighted by the spaciousness, light and coziness, which made me immediately feel at home. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. There are shops, restaurants and bakeries nearby, which makes everyday life more pleasant. An additional advantage is the excellent transport connection, which makes it easier to get around the city. The owners of the apartment are very nice and helpful. We respond to every inquiry or query quickly and professionally, which additionally increases the comfort of the apartment. The apartment is also well equipped with high-speed Internet, which is extremely important for people working remotely. In short, the rented apartment meets all my expectations and in many respects definitely exceeds them. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and perfectly located place to live. It's a really cool experience!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartments. Very clean. All new. Large comfortable beds. Huge boiler for heating water. Good air conditioning. Lots of towels. Lots of dishes. Lovely terrace. The owners are wonderful young people. They treated us to delicious cheese pies. They were allowed to use their personal bicycles. Quiet area. Walked 20 minutes to the sea.

We spent 9 days in the apartment at the turn of May and June 2023. It was a great time. The owners treated us like family members. Ana is a charming person, she treated us to specialties made by herself. My daughter quickly found friends and was not even bothered by the lack of knowledge of the Croatian language. A neighbor who lived opposite treated us to cherries that grew in her garden. The apartment is very clean and tidy. Very well equipped (fryer, blender, toaster, dryer, washing machine, induction, kettle, TV, air conditioning). As for the location - a bakery, grocery store, restaurants and cafes nearby. It's a little further to the larger shops. With a clear conscience I can recommend Toni & Petra apartments. We will definitely return there in the near future
