We offer you two independent apartments with an area of 85m2 and 90m2 on the first and second floors, a perfect choice for two families or a group traveling together and wanting to enjoy Zadar while maintaining privacy and comfort. The house consists of two independent apartments: an apartment with a spacious terrace on the first floor A4+1 (id 54053) and an apartment with French balconies on the second floor A4 (id 54054). The ground floor has an independent entrance and is used by the host. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and apartment A4 has another toilet/laundry room. The apartment with a terrace offers a large outdoor space and the possibility of an extra bed for a fifth person, while the upper apartment with French balconies is bright and airy. Guests have free use of air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and free parking within the building. The accommodation is in a quiet residential area, close to beaches, shops and restaurants, and the historic center of Zadar is 2.5 km away.

We spent a great holiday in this apartment. Everything at the highest level. The apartment is really equipped with everything, refined to perfection. Any situations were solved in express time. All the extras like dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge, towels etc. everything is functional and well-kept. Additionally, the location is great, nice trails for runners, close to tennis courts, close to various beaches, shop 1 min, konoba 1 min, bus stop under your nose. The distance to Zadar is very close - we were on foot, by Bolt and by water taxi. I highly recommend it. It is definitely worth trying and staying in this place.

So far the best equipped apartment we have stayed in. Clean, tidy, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a stay, from washing machines and dishwashers to even baking paper and foil - the hosts have thought of everything. Ivana and Edi are kind and accommodating. We have no complaints, only praise.

We had a fantastic holiday in the penthouse apartment with all the mod cons. Our host’s attention to detail is something we haven’t experienced on the Croatian shore yet and a credit to their dedication. Could not fault the accommodaton even if we wanted to, everything impeccable to the very last detail( sharp knives in the kitchen, the use of the BBQ, washing machine, etc.) We were so impressed we already booked 20 days next year Thank you Ivana & Edi
