Villa Anabella I & II - Zadar - Zadar region

When we arrived, Mrs. Anabella took us in nicely and let us in before the agreed time. The accommodations are clean and tidy and have fulfilled our expectations.

The accommodation was very spacious (living room, kitchen, bedroom, balcony), the kitchen very well equipped - thank you for the welcome lemonade - very clean and well-kept, with attention to details. All around the beach was pebbled, larger or smaller - approximately 3 minutes' walk away. You could rest very well - it was quiet, being a neighborhood of villas around.

Everything. The apartment is modern, have everything for cooking. Is close to a beach. Host is friendly. Everything was perfect. Like this should be every apartment in Croatia.

Anabella was very friendly and gave us useful tips. We also could do BBQ which was very nice. Cold water was waiting for us upon arrival.

We liked everything, the location is perfect because you have the historic center just a few minutes away, the beautiful apartment with many amenities, comfortable beds and a nice terrace, excellent restaurants and bars in the area and also many supermarkets, fantastic beaches a few steps from distance, the barbecue at your disposal where you can prepare incredible barbecues, and the hostess always ready to help and suggest good food in the area, apart from being very kind and friendly, in fact when we came to Croatia due to the traffic in border crossings we had a delay of almost 06 hours arriving at the accommodation after midnight and she received us with a warm smile and welcome, 1000% recommended, we will return.

The apartment is very clean, spacious, has a large terrace and is equipped with absolutely everything you need, also the kitchen is fully equipped. Nearby are restaurants and a supermarket. Borik Beach is a 10-minute ( maximum) walk. You can easily reach the old city by bus (the station is very close) or by Uber, the distance to the center is about 4 km. Everything was great for us and we can't wait to come back.

This apartment was nice and clean. Close to the nicest beach in Zadar and 4,5 km to the city centre. For me Puntamika is the best area. The host was really nice and helpful (Thank you Anna!). There is also barbecue you can use.

The host was very nice, there was no problem with checking in late after midnight and leaving the suitcases in her place after check out. The apartment was very clean and comfortable really close to the beaches ☺️

Apartment, spacious, clean and well furnished, equipped with all comforts, such as air conditioning in every room, mosquito nets, dishwasher etc. The kitchen has everything you need to cook without having to make do with it. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and bars and restaurants. The host Anabella is very kind and helpful.

The equipment of the apartment, kitchen and bathroom was very rich, everything needed in the house was available in the apartment. Perfect access to the beach, both rocky and sandy. Amazing views from the beach to the nearby islands and the port. There is a bus stop nearby which will take you to the center of Zadar in a few minutes. Near the market, bakery, where you can buy products for a delicious breakfast. You do not have to look far to eat a lot and delicious. I recommend Konoba Rafaelo. The owner also provides perfectly compiled information about Zadar and the surrounding area as well as tips on the most interesting places. Very helpful!

The apartment is very big. Very comfortable bed with hard mattress. Not so far from beach, just 2-3 minutes walking. We did not like Borik sandy beach and stay at a stone beach nearby (Plaža Borik) using the pier to jump into water. Water temperature was perfect.

The apartment is really good. I have visited many of them, in different countries. The apartment itself is better than it looks in the photo. Very spacious. Just clean. Every detail has been thought out very carefully, starting with mirrors and clocks, ending with air conditioners in individual rooms, and all accessories needed in the household while living there. The views from the windows are also good. The sea is close. There is a place to park

The hospitality and cleanliness were excellent

Our host was very kind, very close to the beach (about 200 m), very well equipped accommodation, much better than we expected. I can only recommend it to everyone, we will definitely go back there. Fantastic accommodation.

The apartment was exactly as on the photos. Very clean, very spacious - big rooms, big bathroom, big great dining table, big terrace - and hence it was a very comfortable stay. The owners were nice and friendly, provided us with some tips regarding visiting Zadar, were available during our stay in case we needed something else. the location is also very convenient, close to the sea, close to a really nice restaurant. All in all it was a really nice stay.

We booked the 7 bed apartment and it was absolutely gorgeous. It was spacious and actually better than expected, which is quite rare if you think about it... It looks modern and clean, AC in all but one room, and you could see the sea in most of the windows. Cooking and baking also an option. The owner (or whoever welcomed us) is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent if you want to go to a beach. The city centre is a bit far away on foot though, so if you wanna go there I would recommend taking one of the e-scooters which are close to the apartment. You don't have to bother with the parking and it is fun anyway.
