The value of the location is that you are just a few minutes from the center, but when you sitting in garden it seems like you are miles away from all urban areas. The Main Zagreb square is 20 minutes easy walking distance passing through some main cultural & tourist attractions: The Museum Mimara, Museum for Art and Crafts, Croatian National Theater. Also all other areas of the town are easily reachable and also around 20 minutes walking distance like the main sport center Dom Sportova, with very popular hockey games during winter, or the Antiquity market on weekends at Britanski trg and others.
