The house is located in an olive grove, 30 meters from the sea with safe pier, beach and pine forest. Facing the West and the Kornati archipelago. The nearest house (70 meters) and an attractive restaurant (200 meters). The house has two facilities in 25m2: holiday apartment with kitchenette, bathroom and a well and a small house with a refrigerator, which is available as a storeroom. The house terrace exposed to the summer breeze overlooking the bay and the Kornati islands. Solar device 220v-60W, gas fireplace (grill). Ideal for 2-3 people. From Murter are organized trips to the Kornati archipelago and Murter itself is known for its affordable bays and beaches and attraction with views of Mount St. Deadline and Raduč.
