We offer you: jacuzzi with a view, relaxation area (outdoor furniture and sunbeds), outdoor shower, outdoor dining area, outdoor fireplace (grilling equipment, wood, coal), vegetable and fruit gardens (homemade, seasonal food from sustainable cultivation), free and secured parking and 4 bicycles with which you can explore the island. (bicycle rental is included in the overnight price). Inside the house, there are: living room (Wi-Fi, satellite TV, ceiling fan with light), kitchen (necessary equipment, stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (bedding and pillows) and 2 bathrooms (soap, toilet paper and towels).

We will personally welcome you upon arrival. Check in: from 3:00 p.m. / Check out: until 10:00 a.m. The advance payment is 50% of the total price of the stay, and the rest is paid upon arrival. Since this is a special type of tourism, please read the description carefully. The road to the house is not completely asphalted, but it is passable for cars. The most important thing you need to know is that we use solar energy, which needs to be used rationally. Our solar system provides enough electricity for lighting, refrigerator, freezer, ceiling fan and charging mobile phones and laptops, but for example, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, etc., the solar system cannot handle. BAVA is located on the southern side of the island of Brač, 2 km from the autochthonous Dalmatian village of Sumartin. By car you need approx. 10 min. Sumartin offers all necessary facilities and services (supermarket, fruit shop, bakery, coffee bar, cocktail bar, restaurants, post office, rent-a-car service, taxi service, ferry port). The beauty of this kind of accommodation is that you are secluded, but everything is available to you in just a few minutes! The house is surrounded by a large garden, gardens, an olive grove, and nearby is the chapel of St. Nicholas from the 10th century. The first beach is 1500 m away. Enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Hvar and the mountain Biokovo every morning! Our donkey Fiona will be your only neighbor.
