Holiday House Penić - Rogoznica - Sibenik region
Our holiday house has 90m2 living space and 30m2 garage for two to three cars. It is an ideal home for 4-6 people. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining room and a small bathroom. Up the stairs you can find another bathroom and a living room with sofa bed or if you need more space for sleeping. From there you can easily access two terraces where you can relax after a swim in the clear sea is only 10-15 meters away from you. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double + 1 single bed. The house is the second house from the sea, so you can be on the beach now, and after a few seconds to return to the house for a meal or use the outdoor shower to refresh. At the bottom of the terrace, a barbecue and eat outside and enjoy the summer atmosphere. This house is available year round.
