It is located in a fenced plot, with grassy areas and provides intimacy. It has a garden, lounge area, fireplace (barbecue), playground for children, trampoline), and a swimming pool with other facilities for use (the pool is shared with one apartment) The house has its own road and private parking for 2-3 cars. The house consists of two bedrooms (double room and children's room that can be converted into a double room), bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room and a large terrace overlooking the playground and pool. The house has all the necessary appliances (air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave, coffee maker ...).
