Fully equipped and modern apartments in a private house, which is located at 70 m from the sea, from the Marina. The apartments are located on the ground floor. A beautiful, panoramic view of the Marina Veruda! The house is located in a populated area and is surrounded by pizzerias and restaurants. Parking in the yard and possibility of using common grill covered terrace (grandeur 30 m2) where there are large swings, barbecue, table and chairs for 6 to 8 people, chairs, refrigerator. More suitable for younger people and couples with children. The house is surrounded by greenery and flowers. Near the house (800-1000 m) are known Pula beaches on the peninsula Verudela. . By car you can get there in 5 minutes, walk for 10-20 minutes, and there is a bus connection (bus stop 50 meters from the house) to the beach and to the city. We stayed here in August 2014, the apartment is beautiful, new, well-equipped and spacious, Ms. Karmen kind and very cooperative, did everything he could to put us at ease and help us with helpful suggestions. The location of the house is great, in a quiet area with a spectacular view but not far from the center of Pula and beautiful beaches well equipped. I guess I'll be back soon!

The decor is exactly as it is shown. The apartment is perfectly clean. All equipment and inventory are in very good condition. The view of the new port is very nice. The location is good. Despite close proximity to the main road is to be expected with no noise. The owners are very nice and always eager to please - never pushy! We were provided with a map with such interest and evidence of bakery, restaurant and shopping facilities and well informed. The owners have also inquired with us, in which restaurants we could eat well and are therefore to be recommended. We have, among other trips to Farzana, Meldulin and Premantura made, all of which were very nice.
