Apartments are located on the ground floor and on the first floor of a typical Dalmatian house, in a very quiet green area, at the foot of the Marjan Forest Park, in the area of the city center called VELI VAROŠ. It's only 5 minutes away. walk from the Diocletian's Palace, the River Port and the sea to the ACI marina. Bus and train station are at 15 min. walk. Apartments are well equipped. The first floor apartment contains: 1 bedroom (16 m2) with large double bed (180x220 cm, with latoflex podnica) 1 large closet 1 small wardrobe, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining area and bigger extra bed (fold-out sofa , the picture is blue). The ground floor has 2 rooms with bath / ensuite (17m2) with large double beds and wardrobe, LCD TV and mini-bar. We are a family of 3. We have stayed for 20 days and it's been really good. This is our second year, that we have been here. The owner is very kind and we hope to come back next year and the one after that. Everything is close, including the city. The hill Marjan, is on your door steps. You can enjoy a nice refreshing hike up the hill in the morning. There is parking space and there is Wi-Fi included. It's a very good price for the stay. It's good for any citizen class. We would definantly recommend to stay here.
