Do you want a perfect holiday home by the sea with a view of the beautiful sunsets? Our apartment is the right choice for you. Located in the center of Bol, next to post office and close to the sea, 20 min walk or 5 min boat ride (which stops just below the apartments) to the beautiful beach Zlatni Rat. Nearby there are shops, a bakery, grocery store, restaurants, a pharmacy ... The entrance to the apartment is from the rear of the house where there is a large garden and a stone terrace which is shaded all day and where you can enjoy and relax. The apartment is on two floors and is fully equipped and modern furnishings. In the lower part there is a living room with sofa bed 1,6 m x 2,0 m, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. On the upper floor are two bedrooms and a small bathroom. One bedroom is a double with a balcony, the other with a single bed size 1.2 m x 2.0 m, which offers the possibility to sleep two people. The apartment contains: air-conditioning, TV, satellite, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, electric kettle, microwave, radio and CD player.

First All-minute bookings for April, May and June made up to 28/02/2015. have a 10% discount on the total price. When booking it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount depending on the length of stay that is reserved. Reservations are returned by 100% if canceled 30 days before arrival (not counting the day of arrival). After the expiry of this period the amount of the advance payment will not be returned. Payment in advance is done by direct payment to the bank account, and the rest on arrival. Time of arrival at the apartment of 14 hours and departure before 10am. The price includes air-conditioning, internet access, towels and linen.
