Apartments Martinić are located in a quiet street Pod Raduč, the most attractive part of Murter, first row to the sea. The holiday house with four accommodation units has a view of the sea, the island of Kornati and the Kornati National Park. The apartments are for 2-4 people and each apartment has large terraces with views, TV, air conditioning and barbecue. Parking provided by the accommodation facility.

Let me write that I haven't experienced this in 20 years. We were in that apartment at the end of May. We should have stayed 7 days for 5 days but we couldn't stand it. At first glance, the terrace was nice, that's why it's one star. The apartment itself is old, we didn't mind. The cleaning wasn't good. My wife cleaned it for 1 hour first. The windows were a complete disaster, one window was on the tipper, I tried to close it and it almost fell apart, the buzzing in the windows from insects. Then comes the horror of 4 nights, my wife wakes me up and says something is walking on the walls, I turn on the light and I see cockroaches [scoops] doing their night shift, coming out of the picture on the wall by the window on the bedside table, etc. In the morning we contact the landlady, she just coldly replies that it's normal here.
Perfect location, the sea right next to it, secured parking, natural shade on a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The owner is very kind and focused on the guest. We felt like a drop of water in the palm of our hands! The price-quality ratio is ideal. Any recommendation and we will surely come back next year!

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the sea. It has two terraces with a wonderful view of the sea and Kornati. The equipment of the apartment is outdated, but sufficient for undemanding guests. Great location trumps facilities. In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful small beach with easy access to the sea. There is a shadow on the beach in the morning. The famous Slanica beach is also very close to the accommodation.

A total disaster of attitude towards guests. Totally pre-flood equipment apartments, electricity shook us, covered with adhesive tape sockets .... total disaster !!! At 10 pm, you can no longer talk outside on the terrace. Whoever in these apartments is guaranteed disaster! Sad! Delete it from the register and prohibit the sale of apartments! After 12 hours we went home, as did one of the guests! Total misleading of tourists! Shame on Croatian tourism !!!
