A modern hidden paradise is a completely renovated holiday home located in a quiet bay on the island of Žižanj, in the heart of the Kornati archipelago. The island is accessible only by private boat, there are no cars, and there are only a few houses in the bay, offering complete privacy. The house is 20 m from the sea and has its own pontoon, a private concrete beach, a large olive grove and a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the Kornati Islands. The accommodation includes an open space with two double beds, a sofa bed, a modernly equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Towels, bed linen and parking on land are included in the price. The house uses solar energy and water from a tank, which provides an authentic island experience with all the necessary comforts. There are no shops or Wi-Fi on the island, so you will fully enjoy nature, crystal clear sea and starry sky.

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay, while the remaining amount is settled upon arrival (check-in) - in cash or before arrival - through a bank account, according to your wish. We understand that plans sometimes change, so we offer free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the deposit is not returned.
