The house is newly built, with full equipment. Once there you won't need a car. The house is located on the sea, more precisely on the beach 20m away, just a few steps away. In front of the house there is a cafe with food in our property. The center is 400 m from the apartment, or more precisely, a 3-4 minute walk. Everything is at your fingertips (cafes, restaurants, shops, kiosk, post office...) The apartment is located in a quiet part of town.

Reservations can be arranged via sms or whatsapp/viber. Payment upon arrival. The advance payment amounts to 20% of the total amount. Arrival time: 15:00 h. Departure time: 10:00 h
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation up to one month before arrival, the advance payment is returned. In case of cancellation before arrival, we do not refund the advance payment.
