This year we spent holidays in this apartment. It was simply very good. Hosts very nice and helpful. There were 4 people in the apartment. Conditions exactly like the picture or just like at home

We 5 years come to apartment 2 + 2 is nice and we feel comfortable. The apartment is in the center of everything is close to shops, markets, beaches. A beautifully restful place to rest and comfortable on the Dormeo overhangs beds, in the kitchen complete cooking utensils, glasses, cups and everything you need. The gentlemen are very kind and always at your service. In the yard there is a barbecue that you can use and a great shade for rest, so every year we are happy to return. I recommend that everyone visiting these apartments will feel comfortable with the very good and dear people. When the guests return, they are happy that they are nice in the Grgica Rašin apartments.

For last 5 years we are visiting Grgica\'s apartments during holiday. There is no better place to stay in Pakostane - close to the city centre and beaches. Everything is close by, also the neighbourhood is very friendly :) 4 times we were in the studio (upstairs) - it\'s very nice, comfortable and what\'s more important very fresh during the day and night. The kitchen is fully equipped and directly connected to your own terrace from where you can see the church tower and small part of the sea. This year we stayed in the biggest one - downstairs - also very cosy, big and comfortable, especially when you are with kids - there is plenty of space for them to play and run outside. This apartment is also very good equipped (there is even a washing machine in the kitchen - very useful during holidays), very big bathroom and nice two sleeping rooms which are also chilly during nights and at the same time the sun is not going directly to the windows during the day. Everything what you need is provided in the apartment, also - if you need something you can always ask owners - they are very friendly and helpful. You can always use the outdoor grill with some space to sit. If you want to visit a place, when you can feel like a part of the traditional Croatian family - that\'s the best choice. I think, that everybody who come here once - will be returning every year.

Family with two children is the worst apartment choice! We spent 15 nights here at the end of the august. We have been in the Croatian sea for 20 years. The apartment is very small for two people. It's terribly hot, you can not rest in the evening to ventilate, no mosquito nets! Along the house, under the window, there is continuous traffic at night. There are many speedboats, loud vehicles, the neighbor runs every morning with a tractor, starts with it, smoke comes under the window. Beds are uncomfortable, soft, buzzing. The wardrobe will then fall apart. There is a multi-centimeter gap in the front door, smoke on the terrace with cigarettes. Those who blew the smoke early in the morning and late at night. The dog of the host goes up and down the bar at the terrace. Every morning, the woman is coming to water our flowers on our terrace! None, towels even a hand towel, no luggage door and then fell on us can not be used The kitchen utensils were defective and there were not only 3 Db villa 2 DB, mugs for four people. Through the terrace of the neighboring apartment we access the apartment and our own terrace through the outdoors. There is no lighting in the evening, we stumbled several times on the stairs, luckily there was no problem! Our friends on a street next to us for more than € 5 for a new beautiful view of the sea rented a quiet climate apartment. Fortunately, they were not here for rent when we booked them.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I agree that the apartment of 35m2 is not the best choice for two adults and children from 10 to 11 years because it is a one bedroom apartment with 1 double bed and two extra beds but unfortunately the apartment with 2 rooms that would be better for family with their children that age, was busy in the terms that was needed for you. All ad apartment listings have been quoted correctly, it is stated that the apartment has no air condition but you have got a fan to use, so your choice was to take this apartment, by lower price than the one you requested As you spend 20 years in Croatia, which I'm glad to hear, so I have been renting apartments for 20 years. I always try to get the most out of my guests, I'm not fooling them, so in my ad I list all apartment information in order to guests can estimate who best suits them. As for other problems, it was a problem for you to speak no language other than Hungarian, even basic English. That's why I often asked you if everything was OK, because OK is a universal, internationally well-known word that you always answered to me that everything's fine. The apartment is in the center of Pakostane (as it says in the advertisement) so, unfortunately, can not affect the noise outside the apartment and the traffic, but you could tell me about the other problems you would immediately solve. In these 20 years, the guests did not complain about the problems you mentioned, many of which are not clear, because the apartment has quality stainless steel pots, more than four cups, a sackcloth ... a mosquito net is on a window in the bedroom, the curtains are on the window in the kitchen, they light up on the switch that is at the beginning of the stairs, the flowers on the balcony (which is separate from the shared terrace for the second apartment, and which only for the apartment you were in) I painted every other or third morning, in silence, without disturbing you (but you told me to bother you, I would stop), nobody complained about the furniture, the mattress on the bed with the additional Dormeo overpass. As for the other guests, they used their terrace as they wanted, and so for smoking, but it is not clear how the smoke entered the apartment when their desk was 1.5m away from the front door (where the gap was 2cm) and the terrace was out in the open. I apologize for the dog because it is not in our country in the summer, and sometimes we bring it home and I did not
