The apartments are modern and are located 200 meters from the most desirable beach called Lozica which is situated on the high seas. The beach has a shower, toilets and a bar and plenty of room for towels and beach chairs. Each apartment has air conditioning, kitchen, full bathroom and terrace. The large apartments have a TV, a dishwasher, one of them has a washing machine and guests to taste the goods can be washed and at the host home. in front of the house is parking for 3 cars in the case of several vehicles, the family has a lot of land, located 50 meters from the house where you can park. The center is located about 1000m and before the evening is very comfortable to walk. Shops are also in the center. A very nice and spacious apartment. The kitchen is equipped very well, there is everything you need (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and a large fridge), in the apartment air conditioning and WiFi. Terrace and grill available. Apartment very clean, which really is a big plus. To the beach 7 minutes and the beach revelation, especially for children, there is a playground and practically zero, hedgehog. Hosts very nice and helpful and thank you for a great stay I recommend this apartment to everyone.

In the apartment we spent about 2 weeks vacation with children in August. Very comfortable conditions, modern and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday (fully equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, grill on the balcony). We could have cooked in the apartment or hoped to eat in the city. Lots of cabinets, comfortable sleeping areas, nice bathroom. The apartment was shaded in the afternoon so it was nice to sit on the terrace. To the nearest beach a few minutes and to the other large city about 10-15 minutes by the sea, to the city center 20 mins on foot. Great base for Šibenik, Primosten, Split, Trogir and beyond. Rogoznica itself also delighted us, a quiet little town with beautiful marina, salt lake and old town on the island, many walking routes. Dear and friendly hosts! Stay from July 22, 2017. Very nice hosts. Very good location. Everywhere near and at the same time a little bit out of the way so peace of mind guaranteed. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. I did a lot of meals on the spot because the kitchen was well equipped and it was in good condition. Besides, it is quite close to Split, Trogir and Krka park which is a must visit because it is a beautiful place. The apartment was very pleasantly surprised us, the kitchen is large and spacious, the sofa in the living room very comfortable, even I slept a few times on it, because my husband snores. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and even a urinal for men, which was beneficial for us women hygienically. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean, air conditioning worked well. The terrace had enough space for us 4 and all in all, we had a perfect stay at the Bilic family which we even grilled once with them. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and the house is located in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful bay of the whole town. If we come back to Rogoznica we will definitely come in the same house.

Excellent equipped apartment, full of details. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all appliances, a lot of dishes, plates, cups, bowls, glasses for different drinks. Modern furniture, good wifi, sympathetic owners, Terrace ... To the nearest beach is 5 minutes walk to the next ten minutes. In the calm village. The sea is very clean. The cleanest apartment where we were. Nets for protection against insects in the windows are excellent. The only thing we were a little bothered squeaks and missed our blinds on the windows but I believe that the owners are aware of this and that and it would soon be resolved. I recommend to everyone.

We spent 6 great days in Rogoznica. We are delighted to equipment and layout of the apartment - a modern, clean and functional. The apartment is located 2 min. walk to the beach. The hosts are friendly, nice and friendly. We highly recommend!
