Titov penthouse apartment is located on the 5th floor of a brand new apartment house where the beaches, the center of Split and the shopping centers are only a few steps away. Titi's smart apartment has a comfortable bedroom, designer living room with fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and storage. Pleasant and long summer nights are provided with a barbecue and a living room on the roof. The 60 m2 terrace is aligned in 3 directions - east, south and west. The apartment has high quality furnishings such as custom-made furniture, design works and international artworks. You can relax with the Google Home Assistant in a clever way. From each room, including a terrace, you can have fun with the help of a voice assistant. All the main devices and lights in Tit's smart suite are connected to the GoogleHome Assistant and can be controlled by voice. With a tablet in the living room, you can surf the web, manage almost all your device devices, or make your own custom coffee coming from a smart Nespresso appliance. The tablet will also help you with Google Help. You can enjoy over 200 TV programs, Netflix Premium and Google Music accounts, or upload your favorite channels or apps with Chromecast Ultra to 4K resolution. Tito's apartment is fully equipped with premium amenities such as: safe, grill, microwave, juicer, mixers, appetizers, tableware and eating utensils, loudspeakers in the toilet, bedroom and living room, portable Phillips Hue Circuits, Nespresso Expert Coffee Maker with Aeroccine and More ... Stylish and very clean apartment! I really liked it. From here you can quickly reach the Old Town by car, great location. Gorana answered me all the questions and was very sweet. What impressed me most was the terrace with a lounge area and a place for grilling. Highly recommend!

The trip was super cool. The apartment is outstanding, especially the gadgets! Since you step in the apartment you feel very welcome. It\'s really like from futuristic movies. Me personally, I\'ve never been in such a hi-tech apartment. The idea of connected things (or IoT) is at her place. All that you\'re used to doing by touching some switches it goes now by voice command, with the help of Home Assistance or with the app. For me as an engineer, was paradise. To see in the bed in the morning and just say \"hey, turn up the lights by 30% and play my favorite songs in the toilet\" ..... speechless. Thank you very much for this one of a kind experience!!! I will definitely return here!

It looks great and the location is great. Given this, the price is all right. I'm obliged to come again on the first occasion. As far as Split is concerned, it is a city that does not sleep, and for everyone there is something, so it is my warm recommendation to everyone. All praise for bosses, as far as hospitality and hygiene is concerned. See you soon again ...

Apartment is super equipped, spacious and is looking much better than on pictures, we had really all. Atmosphere at night is special. All brand new, stylish and super clean. Huge shopping mall is 2 min walk. Gorana helped us with all and even ironed, our cloth. Voice control is so cool, we had such a fun. Highly recommended!!!

We spent a great time in Split and at Tito’s fantastic place. This apartment is so cool with all the smart home gadgets. You can control the lights, the music, TV (with Netflix, yeah!) the superb coffee machine and other stuff with the app on the tablet or by voice. Tito’s taste for design and art is remarkable. The apartment is brand new, very clean and has all you need, with very comfortable beds and a stylish interior. Gordana welcomed us very warmly and gave us some great tips what to do and see in Split. The apartment is located very well close to the city and you can easily reach every place you want. We reached the city center with car in less than 5min. All in all, this place is fabulous, and I can only highly recommend this apartment to all people who what stay in an exquisite place in Dalmatia.

We never stayed before in such a coool apartment. Gordana, the manager, welcomed us very kindly with a bottle of wine and fabulous grandma, Hope package :) . We were instructed how to use all the smart gadgets. Was so cool to control TV and the lights by voice commands. Google home rocks!!! We had a netflix and google music account for free. The apartment by itself is super clean and brand-new. The bed is like in 5* hotel and everybody of us had 2 pillows available. There was a separate room for our luggage. A big fidge and freezer is also in this saparate room. There are so many unexpected extras. The coffee machine is making coffee trough app on tablet. So cooool!!! We never was in such a modern apartment in Croatia and we didn\'t want to leave. For sure we are coming back this summer! Thanks for everything!!!!
