Apartments Beach & City - Split - Split region

We have just come back from staying in this apartment & had a brilliant holiday there. The description was accurate regarding the location, layout & amenities. The apartment was very spacious, exceptionally clean & very comfortable beds. Although we never cooked there there appeared to be everything you possibly needed. The cupboards packed with utensils. It was great having toilet rolls, hand wash, soap, shower gel, sun cream, washing powder & cleaning materials should you need to use them. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the Marjan Forest it was nice & cool on there. The lounge had English channels on the TV with a very comfortable settee on the one night we stayed in. Customer service was brilliant from the very beginning when first booking the holiday. We were emailed back immediately by Marin. He kindly met us from the bus station & took us back to the apartment. His English was brilliant & nothing was too much trouble. He told us Bene beach was his favourite & it definitely was ours too. We could contact him any time we needed. Could recommend this apartment to friends & family. The apartment was in the perfect location for the Marjan Forest which we thoroughly enjoyed most days. Great for walking, jogging, bikes were hired at the entrance, picnics & enjoying the scenery. 15 minute walk to Bene beach which had a very pleasant cafe there. We watched the sun set there. Beautiful!!! The town centre was only a 10 mins walk. The cafes, streets & palace were lovely. Tip. When landing at Split airport just outside the terminal there is an Airport transfer directly to Split town costing only 30 Kunas. Half hour drive & much cheaper than a taxi. The longer we were there the more we enjoyed Split. You won't be disappointed. Thank you

We (5 friends from 3 different countries) spent fantastic 2-week-holidays in Split! It was also thanks to the great apartment we rent, so that every day tired but happy we could go back to the place which was really comfortable. The flat looks exactly as on the pictures. 2 nice badrooms - one with double bed, second with two separate beds, but the couch in living room is also very comfortable (can be unfolded and for 2 people as well). The flat has one bathroom together with toilet and one separate toilet, so even though we were 5 people, we didn't face the congestion in the bathroom or toilet : ) The kitchen is very big and fully equipped. Next to the kitchen there is cool dining room. There is Wi-Fi and a computer available. In the living room there is also TV-set. There is a balcony as well - big enough for 5 chairs and 5 people on them :] The flat has separate air condition in nearly every room. We didn't see any neighbours for 2 weeks, which in my opinion was an advatage - no complaints from their side either : ) The owner of the flat or a person in charge was very nice and helpful, but actually we met only twice - at the beginning of our stay to pay and at the end to give the keys back - there were no problems at all. The flat is situated close to the city centre and close to the jachts harbour. There is also a supermarket close to this place. To sum up - perfect flat for awesome holidays. I can highly recommend! Great living at Marin´s. Close to city and close to a great park with tennis, good restaurant and nice swim. The apartment is situated in a calm part of Split but still close to everything. I can reccomend it!
