The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family house. This three-room apartment with a beautiful view of the sea is furnished in accordance with the highest standards and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Living room: The spacious living room is equipped with Smart TV, wireless internet access, comfortable sofas and armchairs and a large beautiful terrace. Bedrooms: There are stairs leading to 3 luxurious bedrooms (Sun Bedroom (en suite with terrace), Sea Bedroom and Sand Bedroom (with terrace and shared bathroom)). Each room has air conditioning, bedside tables, a wardrobe with bed linen and towels, and a double bed (1.60x2). Behind the house there is a beautiful vintage summer kitchen (with a barbecue area) equipped with everything you need for Mediterranean style enjoyment.

Payment and terms

Payment for accommodation can be made by payment to a bank account or in cash upon arrival. To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment (which is mandatory) in the amount of 30% of the total price. Arrival between 16:00 and 23:00 Departure by 10:00 Time when there must be silence: from 23:00 to 08:00 Pets are not allowed. The security deposit is €200 and is given to the host upon arrival.
