To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. The remaining amount is a final cleaning fee of €80, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Tourist tax, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and private parking are included in the price of the accommodation. After receiving the deposit, you will receive a written confirmation of your reservation along with all arrival information and contact details.

Pebble beach Holiday Home Chill is rented exclusively as an entire house, which ensures complete privacy throughout your stay. You do not share the property with other guests, and the owners do not live in the house during your vacation. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a summer kitchen, a barbecue, a private garage for a small car, an additional parking space, and spacious terraces and balconies with a beautiful sea view. Just a few minutes walk from the house is a beautiful pebble beach with crystal clear sea. On the beach, it is possible to rent deck chairs and umbrellas, have coffee, drinks and ice cream, and children can enjoy the large inflatable aqua park on the sea. We will be happy to help you organize airport transfers, recommend restaurants, beaches, boat trips, day trips, car or boat rentals, and discover hidden local gems. Our goal is simple - we want you to come as our guests and leave as friends.

We were four adults, two children, and a large dog. It was a wonderful vacation for all of us. The house is very spacious and has everything you need and more. The terraces are very large, and you can sit together even in bad weather. The refrigerator upstairs is perfect, and there are also loungers available. The sea is only a three-minute walk away, and the house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac. I would especially like to mention the hosts, who were very accommodating to our requests and were very friendly. It's also great that you can reach them at any time. Staying in this accommodation was a truly wonderful experience! The whole house was just for us, spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped, with beautiful terraces ideal for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The location is perfect. In a quiet environment, just a minute's walk to the sea and the beach. Trogir is about 20 minutes away on foot along a pleasant promenade, and it can be easily and quickly reached by taxi boat, which is truly the most beautiful experience and a special way to get to know this beautiful part of the Adriatic. We would especially like to highlight the owners, Tanja and Zvonko, incredibly kind, warm and hospitable people. Immediately upon arrival, they greeted us with a smile and a chilled drink, and soon they surprised us with a full tray of local fruit, figs, grapes, plums... Their warmth, attention and sincere hospitality made us feel at home or even better! We heartily recommend it to anyone who wants a sincere, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Really nice, big, nicely decorated and clean house with huge terraces from which you have a wonderful view of the sea. The proximity to the beach, which you have to walk about 100m to, is an additional plus. The owners, who do not live in the house but on the other side of town, are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a really nice time.

We had a wonderful family vacation in these apartments! First of all, we want to give a special thanks to the hosts — Tanja and her husband. They are incredibly kind and welcoming people who helped us from the very beginning of the booking process, stayed in touch throughout our stay, recommended places to visit, and did everything to make us feel comfortable. It was a real pleasure to communicate with them! The apartment fully matches the photos and description. Everything was very clean, cozy, and felt like home. It is spread across three levels: – the first level has one room, – the second level has two rooms, – the third level has one room. Each level, except the third, has a toilet and shower; the third level has a toilet only. Everything is well-organized and convenient. The view of the sea from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset — you can just sit and enjoy the beauty and peace of the moment. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The nearest beach turned out to be perfect — always clean water, few people, and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s an ideal spot for a family holiday. The location is also very practical: within walking distance, there are local shops and a jet ski rental. Just 5–7 minutes away by car, you’ll find large supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl), as well as a market and a fish market. Everything you need is close by, so there’s no need to drive far. If you're looking for a more active atmosphere, you can visit the village of Okrug Gornji, located about 10 minutes away by car (or around €5 by taxi). It’s a tourist area on the western side of the island of Čiovo, known for its popular beach and a beautiful promenade with cafés — perfect for a fun and lively evening. A big plus is the parking space for two cars. One thing to keep in mind is that the garage is quite narrow, so it might be tricky for larger vehicles. But even in this case, Tanja kindly allowed us to park nearby on a neighboring property. We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!
