The apartments are fully equipped and offer all the comfort you could wish for a relaxing holiday. Due to the location you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The apartments are located just a two-minute walk from beautiful pebble beaches, 2.5 km from the center of Trogir and only 5 km from the airport. The nearest shop is 200 m away. The apartments (2) have their own parking space allocated to the apartments. The property shown in the photos, including the swimming pool, is used exclusively by the guests of our apartments, which can also be booked as one unit for two families or 8 + 2. The location offers numerous opportunities for exploring the towns and nature. There is also the possibility of getting to know the area on the water, and there are numerous offers for this on site.

Payment is made exclusively to the lessor's bank account, and no later than on the day of entry into the apartment. When making a reservation, the guest is obliged to pay 30% of the total amount, and the rest (70%) after entering the apartment. Check-in to the apartments is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00, or by arrangement!

We stayed at the property as a couple for two weeks. The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The furnishings are modern and of high quality. The apartment's location is also very good, not far from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The town of Trogir is also within walking distance. From the apartment's balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea and Split Airport behind it, where you can watch planes taking off and landing. The complex also features a pool with plenty of loungers for sunbathing, and plenty of seating. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has basic amenities such as bed linen, towels, washing machine, detergent and much more. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back!! Highly recommended.

The apartment is very nice, it is a little far from the beach, more so because of the steep street as you climb to the house, but we got used to it, we had everything we needed in the apartment, a big plus for the pool in the yard. The host is very kind, we highly recommend it!
The apartment has everything we expected and more than what was written in the description. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea, the refreshing pool, the equipment of the apartment and the proximity of beautiful beaches and coves with white pebbles. There was no need to buy any household items - everything was there (for the kitchen/bathroom). We were very satisfied and it was definitely a great choice for us! We loved watching planes from Split airport, and accessibility was not a problem for us either - the apartment is on a hill - we were scared of the first climb by car at first, because we live in the city and are used to the flat, but it goes, so we bravely - still, we preferred to turn off at the Ribola store and avoid the harder part of the hill! We liked the tranquility of the Mastrinka area, we were quite satisfied with the less developed and limited tourist offer (2 shops, 2 bars, 2 restaurants, 2 ice cream parlors, water playgrounds), but if you want more, there is a more developed area of mass tourism on the other side of the island (Okrug Gornji) (after visiting we were even more convinced of our good choice). For larger purchases, we preferred to go to the Lidl or Kaufland (Trogir) 4 km away, and for smaller purchases to the nearby Tommy or Ribola). Communication with the owner took place via WhatsUp, fast and responsive, he was available for all questions. Really worth coming! We recommend!

Beautiful accommodation, everything new, the host also prepared basic necessities such as a capsule for a buckle and a washing machine, soap, toilets... Cleanliness was important to my family, there was even a vacuum cleaner. Evening sitting on the terrace, swimming pool. In the beginning, there was a bit of a problem with the wifi, but the host arranged that for us as well. The only problem was the hill to the house, which I had trouble walking up to with the car, but it is possible to climb. Thank you for the luxury we had

Croatia as you wish it. The accommodation was first class. Nothing was missing, or if something was missing, the landlord made sure it was there immediately. Clean, with a pool for adults and kids. This was a perfect holiday for us! The apartment, the complex and the pool are very nice, modern, comfortable and very clean. The location is very quiet with a very nice view of the sea! A small grocery store is within walking distance. The beautiful town of Trogir is also within walking distance. You can take the “Buraline” boat from Trogir directly to Split. Overall, TOP 10/10! In August we had spent 14 beautiful days with a family of friends in this great facility, so we had both apartments and the pool all to ourselves. The apartments are very modern and the outdoor area is also equipped to a very high standard (several seating options, enough loungers, large sunshade). The contact with the landlord was very cordial right from the start and Mr. Pavlinusic was always available by phone during our stay. From the complex you have a great view of the mainland and the sea... you can even watch the holiday planes take off and land (low aircraft noise, which didn't bother us). The journey up to the holiday resort took us a little getting used to at first, as it was really steep. The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and was perfectly adequate for us with small children... clean water and not overcrowded. Dear Pavlinusic family, we felt at home with you and would love to come again!

We were now for the 2nd time in the super nice apartment with a great view! After a few minutes you drove from the airport to the apartment, which has its own parking space. The apartment is very nice, modern and clean. You really have everything you need on site. A fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with washing machine, air conditioning, etc. The outdoor area with its own pool also has modern loungers and a lounge area with a dining table. We felt very comfortable again and will definitely be back!

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment! It was clean, modernly equipped (induction cooker, oven-micro combo, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, fridge freezer, TV) and tastefully furnished. There were five of us in the apartment with a small child and a baby and we had plenty of space. The apartment is on the hillside and offers a great view of the sea. Several beaches are within walking distance and you can also get to the attractive town of Trogir quickly. Strolling along the harbour, strolling through the old walls of the small alleyways or going to a restaurant in the evening will put you in a holiday mood. The apartment is only a short drive away from Split Airport. With a rental car you can easily explore the island of Ciovo, which has numerous beautiful beaches to offer, or make day trips to the surrounding area. If you prefer it quiet, you can keep to yourself at your own pool. You can relax wonderfully on the large terrace with dining table, lounge area and sun loungers. Due to their location on a slope, both apartments offer a beautiful view of the bay. The large pool invites you to cool off and you can relax on the many sun loungers. There is also comfortable lounge furniture and dining tables outside, for example to enjoy breakfast outside. The apartments are very modern - including air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. - and leave nothing to be desired. There is also a spacious parking space for the car for each apartment. The nearby Trogir has a lot to offer with its beautiful and lively old town, and everyone gets their money's worth there from a culinary point of view. The water on the numerous beaches and bays is crystal clear, so that you can explore the underwater world while snorkeling. I look back fondly on this vacation and will be happy to come back.
A very nice, clean and very well equipped apartment with all the comforts one is used to (such as dishwasher and washing machine etc.). Nice and courteous hosts.
