Rocky beach Firstly, we want to thank you for an unforgettable pleasant stay in your house! The apartment is completely new and clean, fully equipped and has a very lovely and modern interior which made us feel like home from the first second we entered. Our host Ivan welcomed us warmly with homemade dalmatian delicacies and was at our disposal for everything we required during our whole stay. He´s a very nice, hospitable and helpful guy who tries to comfort his guests as much as he can to make them feel like home. :) Besides, the apartment is well located. Everything necessary like grocery stores, bank, medical aid but also the center of Zadar can be reached by foot. For all those who come by car: There is a secured parking lot in the yard in front of the house. You will rarely find such a perfect place in this price range during the high season in Croatia! 100% recommendable!

I stayed here with my girlfriend on July 2016. It was amazing! Very warm welcome by Ivan; the location very nice and easy to go to the center; the apartment nice and clean, and also fully equipped; safe parking. 100% recommended! Zadar is a very beautiful city, and the sunset is just amazing. Keep up the good work Apartments Mare ;)

Indeed, the ideal holiday and absolutely furnished apartment for that price and location offers everything. The apartment is close to the old town, the beach, shopping center and offers hundreds of silence in the city center would be hard to get. Praiseworthy host Ivan, the very warm hospitality. We are pleased and next year to go back.
