New, modern apartment located on the 7th floor of a new, just completed building, 300 meters away from the biggest sports hall in Croatia, Arena Zagreb. The apartment is fully equipped. The parking space is secured in the parking lot next to the building (secured by a ramp). The apartment is equipped with a digital lock and allows for a complete stand-alone arrival and departure using one entry code for the building (entered on the intercom) and another one-time entry code for the apartment itself. After that, you enter the apartment using a smart card. It consists of a hallway, a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is intended for two people, and comfortably and comfortably can accommodate up to three people. In the apartment you will be welcomed with short, simple instructions for smart locks and appliances (thermostat, TV, LED lighting in the kitchen, dishwasher). For all questions, help is available for 24 hours.
