Apartment is 45m2 with big living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.... Kitchen is equipped with everything.... there is also dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron.... Nearest shop is 100meters from apartment.

The same case as stated in the previous comment. Pipes burst, and communication is only via e-mail. He never returned the full amount of the advance. I see that he rents out several apartments. I reported the gentleman in question to this page, but as far as I can see, he is still advertising on this page.
We agreed with the host at least a week in advance via e-mail, that he would inform us 18 hours before we need to arrive that the pipes in his apartment had burst. On top of that, they hope that they can rent us another apartment, but which costs more. I think this is rude, if an accident happens it's not our problem to take care of it, he is obliged to provide accommodation. In addition, if he has another apartment to offer that is more expensive, it means that he has an empty place to give it to us for the same price and make a profit, he leaves it empty. He promised to call the next day, when he assessed the situation with the "pipes" (I sincerely doubt that the same thing happened, I think he's just greedy for money), but he never called. I didn't take the more expensive one from the trailer and in the end we didn't spend the night at his place. He hopes that people will vote with their wallets and not fall for the host's dirty tricks.
