Newly opened in July 2025, our property offers 12 stylish and comfortable apartments in a quiet central location in Zagreb. All apartments are located on the fully renovated lower ground floor of the building. Every unit has one double bed. Two largest units can additionally accommodate a third guest with an extra folding bed. Each apartment features a private bathroom with all necessary amenities and fresh towels per guest. Nine Studio apartments include a compact kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, stovetop, microwave, kettle, and basic dishes – ideal for preparing light meals. The remaining units are Deluxe Rooms, which do not include a kitchen or fridge. All units are modernly furnished, with air conditioning, floor heating, and soundproof windows for maximum comfort throughout the year. We offer easy self check-in via code, and our hosts are available throughout your stay for any questions or assistance.

However, our hosts live nearby and are always available should you need any assistance. Entry to the building and apartments is secured with access codes, which will be sent to you on the day of arrival.
