Villa Agram is located in a quiet street (address: Poljanicka 2a) in the old Zagreb village of Tresnjevka. The facility is completely newly constructed and opened in 2018. Our guests are provided with free parking within and outside the property. Villa Agram has 5 luxury apartments and 1 double room with private bathroom. The nearest shop is 300 m from the property, while restaurants and cafes are 500 m away. The Ljubljanica Turnpike is approximately 800 meters from Villa Agram, so guests can reach the center or any other part of Zagreb by tram or bus. Tram no. 12, which runs directly to Ban J. Jelacic Square, arrives at its destination in just 19 minutes. Each guest is greeted with freshly washed and clean linens and a set of towels. The bathrooms are fully equipped with all the bathroom accessories (toilet paper, liquid and hard soap, shower gel, hair conditioner, shower cap, bath slippers, comb, cosmetic set) and a wall-mounted hair dryer.

Payment and terms
Check-in: 15:00 - 23:00 Check-out: 00:00 - 10:00 Children under 2 years stay free of charge in the apartment. The payment is in cash or by bank account, and when booking it is sometimes necessary to pay an advance of 10% of the total rental price. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Large groups of guests are allowed in the property, but not for celebrations or parties. Housekeeping is obligatory (silence after 11pm), and guests are asked to indicate their approximate time of arrival and whether they are arriving by car. On Fridays and Saturdays the minimum number of nights is 2. For direct bookings we offer a discount and in case of longer stays an additional discount.
Residential tax is included in price.

Within the property, there is a small, private wellness area containing a Finnish sauna (capacity 2-4 persons) and a relaxation room with sun loungers and multimedia facilities and a hot and cold beverage dispenser. Guests of Villa Agram will be able to use the wellness room with a 50% discount upon prior reservation (for 2 hours). Every guest who book an appointment at the wellness center is provided with a bathrobe, access to all drinks and snacks and seasonal fruits found in the room. It is possible to arrange transportation of guests from the airport, from the railway or bus station to the apartment, as well as transportation upon departure. Guests can buy home-made fruit liqueurs at popular prices.

Extraordinary accommodation with a car park close to the city center

From the first call, everything was 5! Communication, owner, location, equipment (new object and all nice and new), cleanliness, parking - all for praise! We will certainly have a look for another time.
