The apartment is provided for 4 people, but in the living room there are 2 additional persons for which a surcharge is required. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, has a large covered terrace and a secured parking space. It has a stand-alone water heating and cooling appliance. There is a possibility of using a baby cot. The beach is only 50m (real) from the apartments, pebble and concrete, with a mild sea entrance. Ideal for families with small children. On the beach there are two cafes and a restaurant and a bakery that runs all day long. At a distance of 100 m from the apartment there are more grocery shopping. The apartment is in great area. The beach is very close and you can see it from the big terrace ! The view is like form a postcard: sea, land, mountains. The water in the bay looks like in a luxury swimming pool. In the nearest area you can find: bakery, bars, pizzeria and ice cream parlors. A few minutes walk are grocery stores. The apartment is comfortable and big enough for 5-7 people.
