The facilities are located right next to the sea, right on the beach in Zaton. Houses with apartments are located next to each other and all apartments have a view of the sea. Wi-Fi, parking and air conditioning are included in the price.

Payment in cash (Currency: EUR) or via bank transfer, which must be made on the day of arrival. Deposit: 25% of the total price. Arrival time: 2 pm Departure time: 10 am Tourist tax is included in the price. The price for reservations of ten days or more is €5 lower per night. An extra bed in the apartment is charged at €15 per night. All guests are asked to adhere to the house rules.
Residential tax is included in price.In the event of a cancellation within less than 60 days of the scheduled reservation date, the owner of the accommodation units retains 100% of the advance payment. Exceptionally, the owner may refund the advance payment if it is determined or proven that the guest was unable to use the reserved accommodation due to newly arising unforeseeable circumstances beyond his control (e.g. natural disaster, illness, etc.).
